Been out, out and out. Caught Wall-E in the theatres with li and jimmy last week and err...i fell alsp halfway through (what's new). The way he pronounce walllllll eeeee and Evvva is really cute haha. But i guess after all the hype, my expectation for the movie was exceptionally high. I didn't mean to fall alsp though ! Serious. But somehow the darkness and soft comfty couch combines to make the perfect napping spot.
Had a mini meetup with the HK ppl after the movie at westmall, pity all were not there. Caught up a lil over coffeebean before we head back. Sigh, life here..so different from HK. HK, a place where we won't be happy unless we stay out till late hours of the night or wee hours of the morning. Ahh well, those days would always stay in my fond memories.
Peiwen's 21st birthday celebration at minds' cafe on saturday. Happy little affair sprinkled with mini surprises, i hope she likes it. I kindda miss playing board games though. The crazy laughters and noisy banter. It's kindda heartwarming to see everyone squeezing on couches playing games and enjoying each other's company even if it's a silly game.

Haven't got together with these girls for such a long while
Henedick came to pick me up after the celebration and we headed over to 2am: Dessert Bar at Holland V for some chilling out. Poor guy, must have gotten a shock when he came over to minds cos there was a whole entourage of girls trying to catch a glimpse of him through the car window. But it was an enjoyable night, despite my distracting him on the car so much so that he made a wrong turn lols. The desserts were delicate and very, very special with an artistic touch. I ordered the twix and would say i enjoyed it. His tiramisu was not bad as well...expresso ice cream haha, instant energy booster lols !

And so we talked a lot and shared things going on in our lives both past and present...can't believe i would find a good friend in a project mate. Someone whom i can talk and relate to. who understands, and gives me insights into matters at times.

Chilling at 2am (literally and non-literally) is nice haha.
Had to wake up early on sunday though, for a relative lunch at Parkroyal hotel...sounds luxurious but it is really just fine. HK dimsum wins hands down anytime. Met the SGGA ppl in the evening for dinner and some catching-up. We ended up at Crystal Jade after walking for round the fountain of wealth. And NYDC for mudpies and chocolate cheesecake and elmer fudge ! The perfect finishing touch to a dinner.
Glad that everyone is doing well, cos we hardly even get to meet each other in school. And everyone is graduating soon, with the exception of yours truly. Not sure if i should feel happy or sad about that haha. Young, inexperienced and not earning any money. All the talks about weddings made me wonder if it's gonna be one of the major topic of interest among friends a few years down the road. But well, i guess we're still young lar, at least for my batch of people. So shall save it for later heh.
